Values below in red are estimates based upon 2013 census, partial GRAMA responses. Still trying to ascertain total estimates on pounds of sediment that went downstream, what is still in the canyon, what is in the settling ponds, what then went into the secondary water (irrigation). Some reports estimate 4% of Tibble sediments went downstream, others say 8700 cubic yards, others suggest 108 acre feet lost due to sediments, others 229,000 tons .. we are trying to find solid answers to this, but certainly more than the 540 tons of heavy metals from Gold King Mine..

Tibble Fork Dam Phase II Evaluation and Analysis report really missed the now known concentrations of heavy metals, but discuss the need for more data.

NOVEMBER RESIDUAL SEDIMENT SAMPLES AT MOUTH OF AF CANYON IRRIGATION WIER. THE RESULTS SHOW THE CONCENTRATED STUFF, FLOWED DOWNSTREAM, Heavy metals still are in the sediment, but there are est. 8500 yards of sediment that went someplace and its not settling in the wier as suggested by those in charge.
